The Glen Park Restoration Committee is a voluntary, non-profit organization whose purpose is to help restore the Glen Park and realize the original vision planned for it by Borough’s founders more than a century ago. Our goal is to transform Glen Park into a venue for residents to participate in civic events, entertainment, and leisure activities. The project, receives support from the Town Council, public grants, community organizations, local businesses, individuals, and Borough residents. We have an active project planning, fundraising, and community outreach program. Some of our completed projects include the new gazebo, the walkways that run throughout the Lower Glen, new landscaping, plantings and lighting, and new bridges that will cross over Toney’s Brook and connect the New Jersey Transit station to the Lower and Middle Glen. The Committee meets monthly and new members are welcome. |
